🎾 How Multiplier Tennis Balls Work

You receive a pool of bonus balls for each round equal to the pick limit. You can allocate 0 to 3 balls to any single pick: 0 Balls = 1× (normal), 1 Ball = 2× (+100%), 2 Balls = 3× (+200%), 3 Balls = 4× (+300%).

The Scoring Formula

Points rewarded for a winning pick are designed to balance consistency with rewarding bold underdog predictions.

Points = [ 100 (Base) + Player Ranking + Underdog Bonus ] × Round Multiplier × (1 + Balls)
1. Base Points

Every winning pick earns a guaranteed foundation of 100 base points.

2. Player Ranking Bonus

Your player's official ranking number is added to base points (e.g. Rank #40 adds +40 pts).

3. Underdog Bonus

If your player is ranked lower than their opponent (higher number), you gain the entire ranking gap as bonus points!

4. Round & Ball Multipliers

Points scale by tournament round (1× to 7×) and multiply by (1 + balls assigned).
